Hotel, flight & all transportation arrangement for SMT, guests, supplier & colleagues. Lunch, refreshment, dinner, and hotels for guests upon requisition & special visit. Company property

Company vehicle administration (insurance, road tax, LTA approval, traffic summons & etc), regular maintenance & cleaning. Factory & company hostels keys administration.

Assist HR Dept. in ISO record keeping Supporting training & development Headquarter newsletter, internal memo & letter local language translation & checking Housekeeping & cleaners administration / contract renewal Staff welfare / activities:

Annual dinner coordination Birthday gifts & employees locker distribution Sports & recreation coordination & claims Miscellaneous company celebration & events coordination

Company schedule waste disposal monthly report & liaise / communicate with Department of Environment for all matters regarding schedule waste Provide general office administration support

Board room, meeting room, training room & Eye-Cather administration Letter correspondence / stamp / fax / incoming & outgoing courier Internal phone list update & circulation Manage the budget of office administration related expenses Office telephone & mobile phone bill checking & verification Office photocopy machines service monitoring & tonner request Pantries monthly sundry purchase & RO drinking water consumption Factory landscaping maintenance / indoor office rental plants & monthly hygiene service & pest control HR Notice boards update
