JOB PURPOSE
Through innovation, entrepreneurship and passion, the Boutique Manager is responsible for the effective operation of Malaysia’s boutique. They will inspire and motivate the team to drive sales performance and ensure extraordinary service that surpasses client expectations. The Boutique Manager will be fundamental in developing the brand and growing awareness in Malaysia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve and implement business targets, KPI’s and sales in accordance with the brand retail strategy and
  • Develop and implement activities to identify business opportunities, discover new clientele and grow the client database
  • Maintain uncompromising standards of boutique presentation and ensure merchandise and inventory is properly maintained and secured at all times
  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer service and after-sales experience
  • Build long-term sustainable relationships with new and existing clientele to maximize sales opportunities and promote brand loyalty
  • Build and develop external networks with business partners on behalf of the brand
  • Lead, manage and develop the sales team to ensure consistent performance and high levels of morale
  • Ensure timely qualitative and quantitative business reports to the Retail Director.
  • Promote a culture of learning within the team by ensuring regular skills coaching, brand education, product knowledge and competitor awareness
  • Create unique, memorable and awe-inspiring experiences for customers to keep them engaged with the brand

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a luxury environment at management level
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and our competitor
  • Demonstrate the ability and willingness to make a difference and challenge the status quo
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive business acumen
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience working with a diverse client base
  • Ability to communicate effectively and positively to a range of different business stakeholder
