Job Purpose:
  • As a presales consultant, you will work with sales, product and service teams from concept to deal closure, providing expertise for successfully sizing, deploying and maintenance of end to end Advanced Solution products to partner and their customers with focus on cloud, hybrid cloud and security.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct full technical discovery, identifying pain points, business and technical requirements, “as is” and “to be” scenarios by assessments of current state or lead/co-lead answers to RFPs issued by customers to architect the paths for a cloud or hybrid cloud enterprise transformation.
  • Shape the solution across both technical and business parameters which support the define cost and service requirements that is right for the customer with the right technology, at the right price point and with the appropriate risk profile.
  • Prepare and deliver product messaging to highlight value proposition and unique differentiators.
  • Ensure partners and internal teams' readiness to make easier in selling by providing structure or hands on enablement constantly and proactively work closely with regional teammates.
  • Develop compelling propositions including writing proposals and contracting those proposals with customers.
  • Demonstrate experience presenting technical topics in front of senior management audience and large group of audience.
  • Stay educated on new and emerging technologies/patterns/methodologies and market offerings that may be of interest to our customers.
  • Maintaining certain valid certifications that make compulsory.
  • Collaborate on a strategic and tactical level with our strategic partners – vendors and partners.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of technical experience in evaluation, investigation or assessment, architecture design, implementation and maintenance of server, storage and network based infrastructure solutioning.
  • Experience in architecting cloud solutions, performing as-is and to-be cloud solutions, crafting architectural options and analysis, finalizing preferred solution working with relevant stakeholders.
  • Possess valid and relevant vendor certifications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technology.
  • Self-motivated and flexible to work creatively and analytically
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and be able to handle a high volume of requests, specifically unplanned/unscheduled requests.
  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
