The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Day to day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry accounting system.
  • To handle Account payable / Account receivable, statement and other accounting functions.
  • Maintain AP/AR account and generate analytical report.
  • Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignments when assigned by management.
  • Provide monthly sales report; generate aging report and attending aging meeting each month.
  • Multitasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
  • To handle any ad-hoc that assigned by management.
  • Adapt to meet tight deadlines and performing well under pressure.

The Profile

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates/ entry applicants are encourage to apply.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office and high competency in MS Excel is a must.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in MANDARIN) to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kajang/Balakong Cheras.
  • Computer literate familiar with Autocount System will be added advantage.
  • Able to communicate with all level of people.
  • Able to start work immediately.
