About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly/periodic management information system reporting and regulatory reporting Perform data quality related tasks Handle the user/business requirements, enhancements and testing of reporting system. Collaboration with stakeholders on strategic tasks to provide update in the monthly Governance Committee meeting. Ensure compliance with processes/ procedures stipulated under SOPs, Policies, Guidelines and Regulations. Handle ad-hoc assignments by Unit Head/Management. Job Requirements

A recognized Degree or any other equivalent qualification. Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably with background in reporting, information management, data mining or statistics. Good knowledge in BNM Guidelines (especially CCRIS). Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel, SAS, SQL. Strong comprehension and analytical skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Independent with excellent people and time management skills. Self-motivated.
