We are looking for a Server Factory Planner (FP) based in NVIDIA Hsinchu Office to support CM and ODM factory execution and data center business growth in Taiwan. Server FP is in charge of building production revenues by working with CM and ODM factories. In terms of schedule and quantity, FP make sure material, capacity, logistics and all the road blockers are having proper disposition and products can be delivery on time. The successful candidate will be capable to drive supplier delivery hitting NV demand goals. Continuously improve factory supply availability and flexibility that can support production in Speed-Of-Light and accommodate all changes in timely matter.

What you’ll be doing:

100% product delivery commits and factory executions following demand planning requirements.

Coordinate with cross function teams, purchasing, PE, SQE, and etc., with factory on committing the demand requirements.

RMA can be completed in negotiated lead time, with proper failure analysis, repairs, logistics support in and out.

Time oriented that can clearly control the plan from daily, weekly, monthly to quarterly.

Create visibility on comprehensive material pipeline in support of the supply plan.

What we need to see:

Bachelor of Science in Operations, Manufacturing Management, Logistics or related fields, or equivalent experience.

2+ years of relevant experience in CM and ODM operations.

Proficient communication skills that can work cross function teams and coordination.

Fluent English and Mandarin in reading, writing, speaking, listening

Result driven, creative and open mind in delivering strategic solutions.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Server product experience is a plus.

ERP SAP experience is a plus.

Data management skill is a plus.

Proficient in MS office, excel VBA is a plus.
