Roles & Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:• Part of the Services Team that will be involved in design, development and deployment of CRMsolutions.• Handling business requirements study and map the requirements into CRM solutions.• Install applications and configure environments for use in development, testing and production.• Develop application and reports and project documentation based on provided specifications.• Conduct application and technical training to customers.• Migrate data into CRM solutions.• Prepare Test Plan and work with customer to complete User Acceptance Test.• Work on more than one project at any given time and is responsible for proper time managementbetween projects.• Work with the Sales team on Presales activities.
Expertise & Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent. • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Sales /CE /Project Operation /Field Service application based on the customer requirements. • Knowledge of programming procedures and programming languages including C#, , Javascript and SQL. • Knowledge of IIS and web technologies. • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be an asset. • Sales and Marketing work experience, with user knowledge of CRM software will be highly desirable. • At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. • Good written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
