The DaVinci Gourmet Flavour Genius (barista/mixologist) is responsible for positioning and promoting DaVinci’s product portfolio. He/she will be responsible for the management & development of DaVinci Gourmet brand in key accounts in Malaysia & Singapore through creative and innovative application proposals using DaVinci Gourmet products.

Work closely with distributors and Key Account Manager to architect customer ideas, interpret market trends and design innovative products that assist with overall category growth.

Key responsibilities

Manage demonstration and brand presentation with showmanship. Constantly sharing trends in your market related to DaVinci Gourmet for our application or new innovation. Support our distributor to manage DaVinci Gourmet promotions and customer service – provide recipes development and beverage solutions - to key accounts in order to assure an important brand presence and development. Develop recipes for different channels and applications (food service, coffee shop, bar, hotel). Ideally be beverage category trained so able to speak the same language as the target audience, stakeholders ie R&D Managers, Beverage Menu developers across the range of key accounts Initiate, develop and follow up with the assistance of DaVinci Gourmet local sales personnel together with the distributor the sales in each channel, in particular in the food service, coffee shops, hotels, bars and restaurant segment. Identify current market trends and opportunities for new product development, to be shared with the internal stake holders. Proactively works on channel planning process, to meet performance objectives. Commercial account management skills & new product development is a must. Proven track recording in menu development, self-motivated and driven. Support marketing for social media platforms. Organize and conduct trainings for business partners’ sales team and operation team

Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts. Meets assigned expectations for profitability – volume, revenue and business margins. Achieves strategic objectives defined by company management. Ensure high quality service and reporting standards are met. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings

Qualifications and skills

Certificate/Diploma with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Barista, Mixologist or R&D to promote branded products are preferred.  Open to fresh graduates with science background of education.  Solid creative beverage development skills. Able to work from a strategic creative brief and support/lead the strategic development of new concepts and products. To provide consultative menu development skills to foodservice operators in individual and group settings, using multiple media options e.g. videos, webinars, and live demonstrations. Partner with cross function such as sales, marketing and R&D team in technical activities. Comfortable and confident in presenting to large audiences, especially in English and Bahasa. Manage onsite presentation suite, keeping it organized and stocked for customer presentations and application development. Have a deep understanding of the importance of brand building.
