Establish excellent relationship with our key account customer and focus on developing growth of 15-20% YoY To resolve all internal and external issue related to customer to ensure good customer experience and drive the Net Loyalty Score. To promote Cat Product Support Services to equipment owners. To actively promote CAT merchandising programs such as CTS, Reman Parts, SOS, TA, MIP and other seasonal l campaigns. Plans customers calls and ensure coverage is adequate as per PAR (Required Calls Per Year) To foster good customer relations and assist customer on CAT equipment maintenance. Provide and share competitive market information as well as updates on changes in customer and market situation. To assist service department on technical information when required. Work closely with service department in order to attend to customer’s issues and dispute with great care and within the interest of the company. Proper procedure is followed through when accessing customer credit assessment and recommendation to management on credit level/credit days. Feedback to HQ on competitive offering (competitive price, attributes, new competition)
