Job Description

Collect, organize and interpret statistical information Set up and publish reports Handle Source, Make and Deliver projects Handle projects related to internal Logistic, cross departments and suppliers as well as PT standard Provide expertise and translate the business needs to design and develop tools and establish dashboards for data visualization Develop automated data processing Review value stream mapping and identify improvement processes Roll out projects derived from PT level  Analyze risks and opportunities  Develop project strategies Define project scope and objectives Define ideal improvement steps Derive relevant KPIs Monitor implementation steps and project progress Measure "before" and "after' results Assess stability of implemented process Establish process steps via process flow, Work Instruction or SOP Conduct briefing to end users on the concept and requirement Gather feedback for further improvement and fine-tuning existing process Manage change when necessary to meet project outputs Provide continuous improvement and support on focus area Conduct workshop and training on relevant topics Supervise blue collar associate Undertake any other tasks or ad hoc assignments as required

Qualifications

Degree in any discipline with related working experience Minimum 6 years working experience in supply chain environment Good knowledge and working experience with MRP/ERP is essential Computer literate and proficient with MS Office Knowledge of data visualization Experience in project management Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Flexible to take on ad-hoc assignment or project as necessary Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills Understands impact and consequences of own actions Result oriented and motivated Strong in communication to all levels of management and cross functional departments as well as suppliers Good in leadership skills, presentation skill and convincing skills Team player and able to work independently with minimum guidance Proactive - alert and able to anticipate needs Ability to work in a fast paced, performance-based environment Good sense of urgency Good in project management and monitoring skills Problem solving and decision-making strength is essential Conflict management is essential Strategic thinking, Planning, organizational, and time management skills Flexibility in handling different types of projects
