The Power Apps Developer role is to create custom forms, workflows, and customizations for global Donaldson business users. The developer will support the surging demand of Power Apps requirements from their business stakeholders. This role will apply development best practices and design principles to create easy-to-use and maintainable applications. The developer will have the opportunity to work closely and collaboratively with the Global IT team and interfacing with business stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate must be highly analytical and have the proven ability to develop and reverse engineer complex solutions.

Responsibilities:

Translate abstract business requirements into actionable technical requirements which can be executed using Power Apps, utilizing best practices within the Power Platform Community

Design, Develop and Configure Power Apps (primarily Canvas Apps) and Power Automate workflows

Strong experience developing and shaping data with SQL and/or other enterprise databases

Ability to work with business end-users to verify and validate logic

Understand and follow Data Governance, defined standards and best practices, ensure security and data privacy standards.

Limited outside of working hours meetings to collaborate with the global team and support the business.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience and knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform core components, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
