Develop and implement maintenance schedules for electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan preventive and predictive maintenance activities.Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities of plant equipment.To participate in the performance improvement of plant equipment.To control and optimize utilization of man-hour and spare parts.Prepare monthly report of maintenance activities. Conduct regular assessments of electrical systems to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.Analyse equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.Work closely with the engineering team to optimize the performance of electrical systems.Provide technical expertise and support to maintenance teams during troubleshooting and repairs.Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements in maintenance operations.Define and monitor key performance indicators for maintenance activities, such as equipment uptime, mean time between failures (MTBF), and mean time to repair (MTTR).Use KPI data to continuously improve maintenance strategies and outcomesImplement energy management strategies to optimize the use of electrical resources and reduce energy consumptionInterface with regulatory bodies to stay informed about changes in electrical codes and standards.Conduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures, aiming to identify and eliminate underlying issues.Analyze performance metrics related to maintenance, such as overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and use data-driven insights for continuous improvement.Cost Management
Control maintenance cost based on the Company maintenance budget.Collaborate with the finance department to develop maintenance budgetsOptimize resource allocation to ensure cost-effective maintenance operations.Project Management
Assist in the installation of new machinery and necessary modification and commissioning.Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of spare parts and materials.Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable termsLead electrical engineering projects, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.Inventory Management
Liaise with store to ensure availability of adequate spare parts.Maintain an accurate inventory of electrical assets, including equipment specifications and maintenance history.Develop and update equipment documentation, including manuals and schematics.People Management
Manage technicians’ task and responsibility.Provide the work order and maintenance plan work to maintenance teamDevelop subordinate’s skill in maintenance activities.Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to optimize workflows.Attend relevant training and professional development programsOrganizational Management
Ensure zero accident in work area.Envolve with all plant activities.HSE Management
