Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects in a manufacturing environment. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  2. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement in manufacturing operations. Implement changes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  3. Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality control teams to establish and maintain quality standards for manufacturing processes. Implement measures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry regulations.
  4. Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, supply chain, and maintenance, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  5. Technical Expertise: Apply engineering principles to address manufacturing challenges. Troubleshoot technical issues, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with manufacturing processes and projects. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

Requirements:

  1. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative role.
  2. Language Skills: Preferable in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  3. Education: Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  4. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
