ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • To operate amusement park rides at Sunway Lagoon and comply to SOP.
  • Ensure amusement park rides are clean and safe for guests.
  • To inform customers on ride procedures courteously, ensure customers safety at all times and to report on any safety hazards to your supervisor immediately.
  • To delight customers ensuring them a pleasurable experience in the park by greeting, communicating in a polite manner and exercising good guest relations skills.
