Content Review Analyst (Content Moderator) jobs continue to be on the rise as the online world never stops needing content moderation. Qualifications

Fresh Graduates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply (diploma & up) Fluent English  &  Korean (TOPIK4 or higher,MUST)  -  Near-native preferred  (spoken & written) Flexible in shifting schedule including night, weekend & holiday Must be able to work in Penang Must have strong emotional intelligence and emotional resilience as well as a great eye for detail Experience navigating many different types of video streaming platforms including social media, live streaming etc.

Responsibilities

Review various types of video content to determine community guidelines are met while upholding a high standard of accuracy and quality Thoroughly monitor, classify and /or eliminate sensitive and inappropriate content such as Pornography, Violence, Human Trafficking, Drugs, Alcohol, etc. Comply with the performance indicators or parameters defined by the specific client's operation Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site
