Job Responsibilities

Be a Strategic Business Partner to the Lines by assuming the role of a performance cum learning consultant to the assigned division / branches.  Establish the lines performance issues / learning and developmental needs (both the lines and individual). Make timely recommendations to address the lines’ performance and competencies issues and provide support to ensure issues / competencies gaps are addressed. Be an Effective Facilitator / Trainer to impart knowledge, skills and facilitate improvements in employee behavior and performance. In doing so, you must be competent in the learning and development process – the ADDIE process (Analysis / Design / Develop /Implement / Evaluate). Able to analyze and establish the underlining issues affecting performance / behavior and make recommendations to address the said Design and Develop suitable learning programme to address performance issues Engage the right trainer to effectively facilitate / conduct the programme Measure to evaluate the transformation / change / application of knowledge or skills following the programme implementation. ​​​​​​​

Job Requirements

• A recognised degree in Learning & Development (eg CTP, Certified Trainer Professional)

• At least 3 years experience as a soft skills trainer.

• Good in communication and writing skills

• Organised, meticulous, analytical and a willingness to learn new things

• Ability to work under pressure with multiple assignments

• Great flexibility – ability to work in a team or be an efficient sole contributor when required
