To perform planned preventive maintenance as scheduled

  • To coordinate, maintain and operate all civil parts and equipment of the building
  • Handle all civil and building facilities Maintenance and repair works accurately and in a timely manner
  • To ensure that all relevant laws, statues and regulations are complied with.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the
  • Management from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective realization of the jobpurpose.
  • Inspect project site and evaluate contractor work to detect design malfunctions and ensure conformance to design specifications and applicable codes.
  • Report maintenance problems occurring at the project site to supervisor and negotiate changes to resolve system conflicts.

Job Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of working experience
  • Able to start immediately

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
