PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To supervise and manage the contract staff (attendance of department contracts).
  • To monitor all the inbound shipments are received, unload, putaway & GR as per schedule time.
  • To monitor all the deliveries are followed as per schedule time (As per route planner scheduleLoading sheet).
  • To monitor the maintenance of MHE truck and report to Executive/Snr Officer if breakdown.
  • To perform any warehousing duties including adhoc special projects.
  • To assist in ensuring that the Operations area is well maintained and clean.
  • To ensure optimum loading efficiency.
  • To perform loading whenever needed.
  • Support Outbound/Picking/Inbound Team
  • Do basic training for New Contract Staffs-Forklift, Power Truck, Reach Truck & Scissor lift.
  • To attend all trainings and presentation on health and safety matters as well as accident prevention.
  • To comply strictly with EHS related policies, procedure and customer requirements as well as safety rules that are rolled out from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • SPM with 2 year experience (preferably related experience)
  • MHE driving skill (preferable but not compulsory)
  • Can understand basic English
  • Wiling to work at Seksyen 23, Shah Alam
