As a Process Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Team, managing project volumes, and ensuring data integrity to drive efficient processes.


Brief Description:

  • Support the Sales Team in their endeavors to sell products, subscriptions, and solutions to end customers.
  • Efficiently manage volumes of projects and data in various stages of progression.
  • Access and organize data submitted by clients, audit data integrity, and collaborate with internal and external teams to drive processes and provide support.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 12 years of experience in a BPO environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Tools and Systems.
  • Preferably handson experience in PMO related activities.

Skill Sets:

  • Clear written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal customers.
  • Ability to work well with crossfunctional teams and collaborate on projects.
  • Good knowledge of KPIs and SLAs to ensure efficient project management.
  • Strong focus on maintaining quality in work and delivering accurate results.

Salary:
From RM9,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
