Job description & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architectural
  • Report to the Project Manager. Undertake all types of architectural works at construction site.
  • Daily onsite supervision and assist sub contractor's work implementations.
  • Ensuring architectural works are in compliance to the defined standards and time frame.
  • Review drawings prepared by the Architect and other consultants, highlighting of discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with project team on technical/ quality matters.
  • Attend site meeting regularly and highlight discrepancies to be rectified
  • Preparing progress report for client consultant meeting.
  • Adhoc assignments as instructed by Project Manager
  • Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Architecture
  • Experience : Min 24 years in construction industry
  • Experience in high rise building
