URGENT_

Job Responsibility

  • To handle full set of accounts including day to day operations matters.
  • To perform monthly closing of accounts.
  • To ensure financial statements are accurate and timely.
  • To prepare financial statements, notes to accounts, cash flow projections, fixed assets register, SST submission and relevant reports for management and statutory / external reporting purposes or tax filling for submission.
  • To prepare reconciliation of AP, AR, intercompany, and band transactions.
  • To prepare and coordinate adhoc management reports and report analysis.
  • To perform monthly collection, timely follow up with the collection and identify problem, cases for a further action.
  • Liaise with Business Units, External Auditor, Internal Auditors, tax Agents, bankers where required.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirement

  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Good command over financial systems and processes.
  • Conscientious, analytical and strong attention to details.
  • Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with peoples.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
  • Good command in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Possess the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, selfdisciplined and good team player.
  • Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin; Open gender; Below 50 years old

Work arrangements
8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)

RM3, RM5,500.00 per month
