What is your mission?:

  • Supportive counselling and facilitative referral for employees who are experience emotional distress.
  • Assist in Account Management for EAP 3.0 Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Content production and technical support for inperson mental health awareness programming, virtual workshops and podcasts.
  • Design and execution of an online FLASH Wellness Space for TDCX MY.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?:

  • 24 years working experience in a related field.
  • Possesses strong time management skills and the motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Must be skilled and enthusiastic about the creation of original content on relevant psychology topics and workplace behaviours.
