  • Provide training and guidance to staff on ITrelated matters
  • Monitor and update IT inventory and documentation
  • Assist with IT security and backup procedures
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in IT support or administration
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service kills
