Full job description
Patient Registration and Reception:
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival.
- Register patients and update their personal and medical information in the clinic's system.
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling.
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly.
Clinical Assistance:
- Assist doctors and nurses during patient examinations and treatments.
- Chaperon consultants during physical examinations of patients.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and wellstocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.).
- Collect and label specimens for laboratory testing.
Medication Handling:
- Dispense prescribed medications and provide instructions to patients.
- Manage and monitor medication inventory, including stock in and out.
- Check medication expiry dates and ensure proper storage.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims processing.
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and faxing documents.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of medical supplies.
Patient Care and Support:
- Provide general information and support to patients and their families.
- Ensure patients are comfortable and address any concerns they may have.
- Educate patients on healthcare procedures and posttreatment care instructions.
Compliance and Safety:
- Follow all clinic protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
- Adhere to infection control and hygiene standards.
Job Types:

Pay:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
