Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Tax Associate specializing in Corporate Tax to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate tax compliance and planning, with the ability to navigate complex tax issues and provide strategic tax advice. This role involves preparing and reviewing tax returns, conducting tax research, and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.Conduct thorough tax research to stay informed about current tax developments and provide strategic tax planning advice to clients.Assist in tax audits, providing detailed documentation and support to resolve any issues that arise.Analyze financial statements to determine the tax implications of business transactions and identify tax-saving opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather necessary information for tax filings and provide expert tax guidance.Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate tax returns and related documents.Mentor and guide junior tax associates, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented work environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate tax, with a solid understanding of tax compliance and planning.Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly and concisely.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. about the manager/team
