Job Description:
- Record accounts receivable transactions and accounts payable transactions into the accounting system accurately on a timely basis.

Ensure the revenues are recognised in correct accounting period based on SFRS 15 Update receipts in Oracle NetSuite system on daily basis.

Process supplier invoices and vendor payments in a timely manner.

Preparation of payment vouchers in Oracle NetSuite and manage staff claims.

Maintain and update the payment master listings and ensure the payments are recorded in Oracle NetSuite system on daily basis.

Ensure that all payments made strictly adhere to the Company's policies and payments are properly supported with invoices/receipts.

Send a statement of accounts to customers and follow up the collection status on timely basis.

To obtain the month-end statement of accounts from suppliers and perform reconciliation of the statement of accounts against account payables.

Perform reconciliation between online sales reports (Qoo10, Lazada, Shopee) against revenue reports.

Assist with month-end account closing and preparation of monthly accounting schedules and reconciliations.

Manage and monitor account receivables and account payables closely

Preparation of audit schedules and compiling the supporting documents as requested by auditors.

Attend to ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, ACCA, or any related discipline(QS 200 or Top20 Malaysia University ).

Candidates with 1 to 3 years of working experience in audit and/or accounting experience.

Experience in using Oracle NetSuite will be an added advantage.Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal is a must.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
