Responsibilities_

Let's break down your _RESPONSIBILITIES_

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Design and Visual Content Creation:

Graphics Design:

I. Develop visually appealing graphics for various purposes, including marketing materials, social media posts, website banners, and print collateral.

II. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with STEMREGEN's brand identity.

III. Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes across different platforms.

I. Create custom illustrations or adapt existing visuals to enhance content.

II. Illustrate scientific concepts, health-related topics, and product features.

Visual Assets:

I. Design eye-catching icons, logos, and visual elements that resonate with our audience.

II. Optimize images for web and print.

Video Editing and Animation:

Video Editing:

I. Edit raw video footage to create polished, engaging videos.

II. Cut, trim, and arrange clips to tell a compelling story.

III. Add transitions, text overlays, and music to enhance video quality.

I. Incorporate motion graphics and animations into videos.

II. Create dynamic intros, outros, and visual effects.

III. Animate infographics or data visualizations.

I. Familiarize yourself with STEMREGEN's brand guidelines and ensure all visual content adheres to them.

II. Maintain a consistent look and feel across different marketing channels.

I. Work closely with the content team, marketing managers, and other stakeholders.

II. Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling visuals.

I. Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

I. Keep design files organized and easily accessible.

I. Stay updated on design trends, video editing techniques, and industry best practices.

I. Assist and support on video production and other content creation workflows.

II. Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by management.

Requirements_

But, wait, here are our REQUIREMENTS:

  • _Experience_: Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
- _Software Proficiency_: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc). Working knowledge of other programs like Final Cut Pro will be an advantage.
- _Creativity_: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to visual content.
- _Attention to Detail_: Meticulous about design elements, color schemes, and typography.
- _Portfolio_: Showcase a diverse portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing skills.
- _Language_: Ability to converse, write, and otherwise communicate using the 3 main languages of Malaysia is a definite MUST.
