Provide guidance, mentor and motivation to staffs in carrying out their roles and responsibilities as per required standard and procedure.

• Respond to poultry health issue including disease, medications, growth, promotants and management related to health.
• Coordinate activities include weighing, pin bone spacing, flashing monitoring, bursa scoring, serum collection and various sample collections.
• Ensure bio security programme is well set up and having proper maintenance.
• Lead, prepare and conduct internal audit, certification activities and management review.
• Compile data, analyse data and results to identify area for improvement, prepare reports and make recommendation.
• Collect sample, supervise and conduct testing, submit sample and interpret test results.
• Act as focal point or liaison with regulators, customers and auditors for audit and visit purposes.
• Correlate activities of consulting nutritionist and veterinarians, evaluate their recommendations and advise management of possible courses of actions.

Requirement:
Barchelor Degree in Animal Science or relevant. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Minimum 1 year of experience in livestock farming. Possess a valid driving license and willingly to travel to farms. Computer literate.
