JOB DESCRIPTION:

We seek an enthusiastic Bartender to deliver exceptional guest drinking experiences. Skilled Bartenders will craft both classic and innovative beverages, surpassing customer preferences and expectations. Compensation includes a salary and gratuities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Craft alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for patrons in the bar and restaurant.
  • Engage with customers, receive orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
  • Evaluate customers' preferences and offer recommendations.
  • Prepare cocktails by mixing ingredients.
  • Develop and showcase the bar menu.
  • Verify customers' identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
  • Replenish and maintain bar inventory and supplies.
  • Prioritize guest satisfaction and cultivate an outstanding guest experience.
  • Adhere to all food and beverage regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • A resume and demonstrated work experience as a Bartender are required.
  • Proficiency in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks is essential.
  • Computer literacy is necessary.
  • Fluency in a second language is advantageous.
  • A positive demeanor and exceptional communication abilities are vital.
  • Capability to maintain organization, cleanliness, and stock levels in the bar is necessary.

Pay:
RM1,500.00 per month
