Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice and service in pharmaceutical care as well as general advice on health and beauty care to customers.
  • Assist the pharmacist in dispensing drugs and other duties.
  • Be an ambassador of BIG Pharmacy in providing great customer experience.
  • Attend to customers' inquiries in a professional manner, helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products.
  • Engage customers in a friendly conversation and suggestive up selling.
  • Ensure product display and visibility according to merchandising and inventory guidelines.
  • Manage and monitor inventory, stock, and expired products.
  • Ensure stock availability and provide alternative if necessary.
  • Keep up to date with current promotions and displays.
  • Assist on goods receiving, replenishment and stock take.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and security at all time.
  • Able to do cashiering tasks.
  • Any other adhoc tasks as and when assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Having a friendly and engaging personality.
  • Outspoken, strong customer service skills and salesoriented mindset.
  • Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia (those with Mandarin language skill will be an added advantage)
  • Able to work on shifts rotation, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,900.00 per month
