JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the maintenance, overhaul and repair of machinery, equipment, instruments and electricals for air conditioning, ventilation, fire protection, fire alarm, domestic cold water and sanitary systems for a Grade A highrise building.
Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance and repair works carry out by inhouse team, vendors and contractors.
Supervise, guide and teach junior technicians in carrying out their duties.
Troubleshoot mechanical problems and rectify them to ensure minimum down time.
Carry out emergency repairs for all plant and equipment to minimize down time.
Conduct regular and documented inspections of plant and equipment as per the checklist and statutory requirements.
Ensure the safe operation of all machineries and equipment.
Upkeep the and maintain plant machineries to ensure they are in good running condition.
Record and document all maintenance work carried out by inhouse team, vendors and contractors.
Available to attend at site for breakdown calls at all times.
Any adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Engineering
Electrical or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): Handle M&E work such as troubleshooting,servicing,and repairing of aircond system,electrical system,lighting,switchboard,genset & firealarm system. Good communication skill & team work.
Transportation & accomodation provided.
Must have valid driving license (D). For those whom have GDL license will be advantages.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
