ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK&STORE:
- Assist and support a variety of administrative tasks in preparation of documents update and maintain records.
- Preparation of Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Quotation, Invoice and etc.
- Maintain and update filling, inventory, mailing, and database system, either manually or using a computer to ensure accurate inventory records.
- General filing systems and to ensure all documents are properly filed.
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the administrative functions.
- Additional task assigned by superior and the management.
- Must be hard working, responsible, self motivated initiative and independent
- Check the inventory stock quantity records
- Able to speaking Mandarin, Malay & English language
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (On-Job training will be provided)
Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
