Main Job
- production documents need to key in and filling into online platform
- stock control + order & liaise with office admin
- data record (prefab timing & painting timing & wastage)

Supportive
- planning installation schedule (liaise with site supervisor & factory manager to arrange Job)
- planning production schedule (blueprint, prefab, material order, painting, material ready)
- planning servicing job schedule (liaise with Sales Advisor to arrange Servicing Job)
- manpower arrangement (ensure 50+ worker's job)
- ensure sufficient worker to rush the job (posting in hiring platform to ensure sufficient quality manpower to finish work in time) (need to pre-screen & fitter, then go thought interview section)
- assist in worker's performance management processes

Salary:
RM1, RM2,700.00 per month
