  • Support day to day transactions, executions, negotiations and client liaisons.
  • Creation, organization, accumulation, and sharing of our company's M&A knowledge
and expertise

Qualifications:

Requirement:

  • Academic background preferably with a professional qualification in accounting/finance
  • Analytical, problem solving and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers.
- over 2years experience in accounting firms and M&A consulting firms
