As a Social Media Executive, you will:

  • Manage our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • operate, maintain and followers growth as well as output and results for each.
  • Be the driving force for our Fave social media strategy and creativity.
  • Able to manage multiple agencies (Creation and Influencer) from generic to digital specialist and ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeline and budget.
  • Create successful digital and social channel strategy, roll out digital campaigns, and optimize performance over time against a clear set of goals. Define the short and longterm role of each digital channel to drive clear business results.
  • Able to execute marketing campaigns including online content strategy, social media campaigns, digital paid ads etc.
  • Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI
  • Return Of Investment and KPIs
  • Key Performance Indicators).
  • Lead change and innovation in the digital and social channels as part of a broader consumerdriven and profitable marketing communications strategy.
  • Copywriting for online and social media content such as articles/blog posts and campaign messaging.
  • Daytoday tasks may also include design and creation images, content creation including editing of posts, images, stories, short films, TikToks, etc. Copywriting for online and social media content such as articles/blog posts and campaign messaging.
  • Collaborate and maintain a working relationship with different crossfunctional teams to generate and prioritize new ideas for content improvements and optimizations
  • Keep up with daytoday trends and viral content

; Requirements:

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Communication, Marketing or allied fields
  • Solid knowledge of the digital technology (including social media) and trend in the marketplace; have enthusiasm and knowledge of new emerging tools, technologies and digital marketing techniques.
  • Good understanding of both the art and science of digital marketing and have proven experience in setting up structured marketing tests and analyzing results for actionable insights.
  • Proven success in driving substantial results, ideally in the field of advertising, fintech, ecommerce or any tech related industry.
  • The ability to always look for opportunities to invent, innovate, and continuously grow the organization with new or better products, more efficient processes, or enhanced business models.
  • Problemsolving oriented, particularly in an everchanging environment; comfortable to make decisions with insufficient information.
  • Display professionalism, adaptability, and resilience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A passionate team player who drives results, champions the consumer and safeguards the Fave brand.
