Responsibilities : 1. To ensure production employees strictly adhere to the Company Rules & Regulations. 2.

To ensure production employees' attendance, punch card and overtime are monitored and recorded on regular basis and is escalated in writing to your superiors for further actions.

3. To ensure production employees strictly adhere to the company's safety and health standards. 4. To ensure production employees strictly adhere to the basic requirements of the production standard operating procedures. (Production Dept to Provide The S.O.P) 5. To ensure production employees' commission are prepared, documented and forwarded to the payroll department on time. 6. To ensure production employees' transfer are prepared in staff transfer form and forwarded to the HR department on time. 7. To ensure production employees' documents and salary related matters are forwarded to the HR department on time. 8. To ensure production employees don't use the high pressure air-jet at the production area to clean themselves of dust. 9. To ensure product type, expiry date, quantity and quality are communicated with related operators and production workers. 10. Compute amount of stock and supplies required for operations, based on production schedules, and communicate data to your superior. 11. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules after discussing with your manager. 12.

Develops recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product after approval from your manager.

13. Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of production department. 14. Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems. 15. Maintain time and keep production records. 16. Estimate requisitions and inspect materials regularly. 17. Report all work related matters to your superior on time. 18. Any other duty as instructed by your Production Executive / Manager from time to time
