RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that all machinists perform preventive maintenance weekly and record it in the system.
  • Ensure that all machinists check the coolant percentage and record it.
  • Monitor and record the output of all machinists daily.
  • Prepare all materials for machinists to prevent the risk of selecting the wrong material
  • Ensure that all machinists follow the schedule for running parts.
  • Ensure that all machinists take care of and clean their workplace daily (5S).
  • Leaders must be aware of the QA report if a part is out of specification.
  • Provide backup support to machinists for setting up machines.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to all machinists.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Preferably at least 5 years of CNC experience
  • Able to work shift.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
