JOB POSITION:

HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT:

Job Requirements
1) Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/Business Management/Administrative
2) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3) Good interpersonal skills
4) Able to multitask
5) Computer literacy
6) Microsoft software (Words, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
7) Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written & spoken)

Responsibilities:

1) ATTENDANCE, LEAVE AND OVERTIME REPORTS

  • Key in monthly reports and summarize leaves reports
  • Update staffs attendance and leave in Timetec apps
  • Check and key in staffs overtime report
  • Solve any timetec apps problems from staffs
2) TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

  • Arrange Food Handler Training and Typhoid Injection for new comers
  • Arrange any training that requires from any department
  • Claim training and allowances from HRDC after training has been done
  • Liaise and follow up with HRDC officer regarding HRDC matters
3) FOREIGN WORKERS

  • Ensure all work permits and passports are valid
  • Check on foreign worker hostel (Bill & Utilities)
4) HR ISSUES

  • Assist in new staffs and resigned/absconded
  • Check on staff claims
  • Update and filing staffs personal file
  • Perform any other HR and administrative duties when required



JOB POSITION:

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE:

Job Requirements
1) Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
2) At least 2 years working experience preferably in Manufacturing Account.

Responsibilities:

1) Well verse in Accounting treatment
2) Good in SQL accounting system
3) To ensure correct and timely submission of SST to customs
4) To review and verify QSSB and Fidani accounts on monthly basis or as and when required
5) To review QSSB and Fidani Balance Sheet on monthly basis or as and when required.
6) To assist in monitoring debtors and creditors balances.
7) To review and check all reconciliation done by the staff.
8) To involve in stock check exercise and checking the stock valuation done by the staff.
9) To review and check all entries done by the staff.
10) To monitor bank balances and Bankers' acceptance balances.
11) To review all payment vouchers, journal vouchers and bankers' acceptance.
12) To finalise accounts for internal and external audit.
13) To assist in tax estimation CP 204 and CP204A) submission including to do forecast profit and loss accounts for the year until year end.
14) To do yearly Budgeted profit and loss accounts.
15) To liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary and other external parties when required.
16) To prepare monthly management report and additional report (if required).
17) Other additional tasks as and when required.



JOB POSITION:

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT:

Job Requirements

Qualification :
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
2)

Experience:
At least with 2 years' experience
3) Ability

  • Able to multi task efficiently
  • Able to do full sets of accounts
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Good inter personal skills
4) Skills

  • Computer literacy is an added advantage
  • Good in accounting system (SQL)
  • Microsoft software (especially word, power point and excel)
5)

Language:
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken)
6)

Age: 23 to 30 years

Responsibilities:

1) Maintain full set of accounts

a. Data entry
b. Accounts payable and accounts receivable

2) Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
3) Check and maintain petty cash
4) Responsible to do forecasted Profit and Loss/ Cash flow on a monthly basis
5) Responsible to do the forecast for the tax computation CP204
6) Update and maintain fixed asset register
7) Prepare payment
8) Provide and assist on documentation that requested by auditors
9) To participate in monthly stock check
10) To assist in preparing the monthly stock valuation

DATA ANALYSTS:

Job Requirements
1) Bachelor Degree in Mathematics/Computer Science/Economics/Statistics (or equivalent)
2) At least 1 year experience
3) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
4) Must be good in Mathematics and calculations
5) Computer Literate
6) Able to use Microsoft Excel, Words, Power Point or any relevant computer software

6) To produce report on monthly basis regarding any changes on costs for packaging material, raw materials and finish goods.
