Responsibilities:

  • Provide
    enduser support for hardware, software, and networkrelated issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems faced by employees.
  • Assist in
    network administration, including configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
  • Install, configure, and maintain
    workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Conduct regular
    system backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in
    IT security measures, including monitoring for threats and implementing security protocols.
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications:

-
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience in providing end-user support and troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with
    networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in
    Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server).
  • Knowledge of
    user management (Active Directory, user accounts, group policies).
  • Good understanding of
    hardware components (CPU, RAM, hard drives, etc.).
  • Excellent
    communication skills and ability to work well with colleagues.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a customeroriented mindset.

Additional Information:

  • This position requires
    onsite visits to manufacturing facilities.
  • Afterhours support may be necessary during critical incidents.

Education:
