Responsibilities:
- Provide
enduser support for hardware, software, and networkrelated issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems faced by employees.
- Assist in
network administration, including configuring routers, switches, and firewalls. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
- Install, configure, and maintain
workstations, printers, and other IT equipment. - Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Conduct regular
system backups and ensure data integrity. - Assist in
IT security measures, including monitoring for threats and implementing security protocols. - Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience in providing end-user support and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with
networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). - Proficiency in
Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server). - Knowledge of
user management (Active Directory, user accounts, group policies). - Good understanding of
hardware components (CPU, RAM, hard drives, etc.). - Excellent
communication skills and ability to work well with colleagues. - Strong problemsolving skills and a customeroriented mindset.
Additional Information:
- This position requires
onsite visits to manufacturing facilities. - Afterhours support may be necessary during critical incidents.
