Job Title: Sales Head - Events and Banquet Halls

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for events and banquet hall bookings.

2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and other stakeholders in the events and hospitality industry.

4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.

5. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns to enhance the venue's market visibility.

6. Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the facilities, amenities, and services offered by the banquet hall.

7. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiation, contract finalization, and seamless handover to the events coordination team.

8. Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to maintain a competitive edge.

10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing events and banquet hall operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

2. Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales leadership roles within the events and banquet hall industry.

3. In-depth knowledge of event planning, banquet hall operations, and hospitality services.

4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

6. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.

7. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

9. Willingness to travel as required.
