Job Scope of a Clinic Assistant:

Patient Interaction and Support:

  • Welcoming and assisting clinic patients with a positive attitude
  • Guiding patients through clinic facilities and procedures3.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Preparing patient files and maintaining patient data records
  • Scheduling appointments, screening phone calls, and providing clerical support1.

Clinical Assistance:

  • Performing minor diagnostic tests and procedures under healthcare professionals' direction
  • Assisting with clinical and laboratory procedures as required1.

Hygiene and Safety Maintenance:

  • Promoting patient safety by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
  • Sterilizing medical equipment and sanitizing designated areas3.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • No experience welcome since the training will be given
  • SPM above can apply
