Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers via walkins, calls and Whatsapp in a friendly and professional manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support to customers' inquiries by providing accurate information regarding courier services, pricing and shipment solutions.
  • Manage, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing domestic and international parcels accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain clean, hygienic and organize all areas of the branch.
  • Perform any adhoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least
    Diploma education qualified.
  • At least 1 year experience in courier services, retail or a similar role is preferred.
  • Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Ability to use computer and basic skill in Microsoft Excel.
  • Possess energy, integrity a positive attitude, hardworking, independent and customer service oriented.
  • Able to work commit retail hours, on weekends and also able to rotate around different store location as and when required.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
