Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, and ensure a proper filing management.
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate stock availability and delivery schedules.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their orders and deliveries.
  • Assist sales team with administrative tasks as required to support their efforts.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM graduate.
  • Preferably prior experience in sales coordination.
  • Able to communicate with Chinese to liaise with mandarin speaking customers.
