Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Production Executive
  • To lead the production operatives within the assigned production line, establishing and maintaining high standards of performance.
  • Responsible for leading and coordinating the production of assigned mould including activities of Sub-Contractor to achieve production within the day and to the quality standard required.
  • Supervision in the daily production of precast concrete to meet with the production schedule.
  • Ensure sufficient of raw material of daily usage in accordance to daily production schedule, reporting to immediate superior if needed.
  • Prepare and conduct mould inspection and prepour inspection on daily basis, prepare checklist and relevant inspection reports
  • Maintain production's documentation wellrecords.
  • Ensuring the plant production operation, work instructions and procedures are strictly followed.
  • Closely standing supervision of concrete pours and check continuously of finishes surface towards conformance to specifications and standards
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements if needed.l
  • To ensure that workers are adequately skilled and experienced in following and understanding correct production methods.
  • Maintain and implement quality control system in the factory and project sites by following the project quality manual and standard operating procedures set by the company.
  • Liaising with Production Department's member and subcontractors for any nonconformance for prepour inspection, trains workers whenever necessary and as required.
  • Any other tasks which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering and/ or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' experience in quality control in precast industry.
  • 13 years of Experience in HDB Project in precast industry will be added advantage
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Possess problemsolving, analyzing and reporting skills.
  • Positive attitude in learning.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
