JOB SUMMARY

To record, monitor and update all the IT hardware and software and related warranty and documents.
To ensure the optimum usage of IT resources in the School.
To maintain the protection and security of all IT hardware and software in the School.
To provide support for the following systems established in the School:
Accounting System
Library Management System

Purse System
Staff Auto-Attendance System
PA System
Data Management System
To provide support for all staff on any existing and new IT related systems established in the School.
To manage a system of regular maintenance and repairs of all computers and peripherals in the School.
To set up and ensure functionality of hardware and software in computer laboratories for the purpose of teaching and learning, and for testing and evaluation.
To liaise with relevant bodies and organizations on IT issues and updates.
To plan and execute new system implementation.
To be responsible for managing small project.
To assist in printing/issuing tag for students, staffs, and parents.
To assist in system Research & Development.
To assist in photographing.
Any other responsibility that may be assigned by the superior from time to time when the need arises.
