  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
  • Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
  • Responsible for Industrial Relation activities including handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best practices.
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events or staff engagement activity such as benefits enrollment, annual dinner, employee recognition events, birthday celebrations.
  • Maintains accurate and uptodate human resource files, records, and documentation
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
