  • Having futurefocused mindset, being curious about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation which benefit merchants, and translating opportunities into business plans opportunities and follows up the competition's commercial activity to identify potential threats for ecommerce division of HLBB.
  • Influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with others with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view to achieve division strategy and target on the eCommerce market/division.
  • Managing & enhancing merchant business app (HL BizBuddy) and the merchant onboarding & engagement system, ensuring it is always market relevant, comply to security & regulatory requirements & seamless to customers.
  • To lead and implementation of a best practice framework & Adaptive replication of best practices that suits the division to achieve business efficiency that translate to target achievement.
  • Support Head of Channel Sales Management, PFS Digital. in driving and delivering the business target & strategy set for the division.
