The Role:

You'll lead our barista team, innovate our beverage offerings, and ensure our customers start their day on a high note.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and flair.
• Train and mentor barista staff to uphold quality and service standards.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory and supply management.
• Engage with customers, providing topnotch service and coffee education.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, maintaining a pristine work environment.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to pair beverages with baked goods perfectly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in a highvolume cafe.
• Exceptional knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage crafting.
• Leadership skills with a track record of managing a successful team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
