  • Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers.
  • Help manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Support negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Help analyze operational tracker to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support daytoday operational activities.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and other adhoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance or any related field
  • Good communication skills, proactive and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to commence a fulltime internship for a minimum of 3 months, with a preference for 6 months
  • Based in **Mercu, KL Eco City
