To prepare monthly report for CMS & Security Division

  • Update and record KPI report in every month and make sure all documentation completely before submitting to HQ.
  • To assist Area Leader to check total of customer keys.
  • Filling documentation such as billing, invoice, statement, receipts, and all receiving cheque as a Depot reference.
  • Inform and liaise with HQ Operation Clerk regarding any courier item sending to HQ.
  • Liaise with account department regarding supplier payment or invoice of office utilities.
  • Entertain customers calls and any enquiries such as complaints.
  • To perform stock control for Depot such as stationeries, refreshment etc.
  • Prepare monthly minutes meeting for Depot meeting.
  • Prepare duty roster for SG and CMS Division.
  • Compile duty roster for CMS & SG Assignment and submit to HQ.
  • Prepare resign and termination checklist for SG and CMS Division.
  • To submit customer report on 1st ~ 4th every month
  • To update TMS on 21st every month.

Salary:
From RM1,600.00 per month
